摘要 研究了储罐在冬季极端天气下出油时储罐内部的温度场变化规律。对于地震作用下的大型储罐,研究了其位移、加速度和应力变化规律。建立了一套应用光纤传感技术监测大型储罐的监测系统,并对传感器合理布点进行了设计。该系统可利用光纤传感技术进行大型储罐运行状态实时监测,确保储罐安全运行。对于大型储罐内部,可监测其液位、温度和压力;对于外部,考虑监测的合理性和可操作性,布置应变传感器监测应变,利用材料性质从而监测其应力变化。 When the tank is in discharging state during the extreme winter weather,the inner temperature fields change laws of storage tanks are analyzed,and the change laws of displacements,accelerations and stresses under the earthquake are studied.A set of monitoring system using optical fiber sensing technique to monitor large storage tank is established.Reasonable arrangement of the optical fiber sensor is designed.The system can use optical fiber sensing technology to real-time monitor large storage tank to ensure its safe operation.The liquid level,temperature and pressure can be detected inside the tanks;considering the rationality and operability of detection,strain sensors are placed on the outside to detect the stress variation for the outside tank.
