摘要 针对复合材料蜂窝夹层结构制件的缺陷及结构特点,进行A-Scan超声检测和BScan、C-Scan超声检测方法试验,并通过超声成像检测表征复合材料蜂窝夹层结构的粘接品质,建立适用于复合材料蜂窝夹层结构的可视化超声成像检测方法和特征缺陷判别方法。结果表明,接触式超声反射检测法能有效、准确、直观地检测出脱黏类型缺陷。 Defects and structure details of composite honeycomb sandwich structure can be visualized by using ultrasonic imaging methods based on A-,B-,and C-Scan.Ultrasonic imaging provides the opportunities to see the bonding qualities of honeycomb sandwich structure.The research in this paper can be employed to evaluate the production process qualities of honeycomb core constructional element both in lab and in-service.
