摘要 叙述了轴承零件在制造过程中产生最常见几种缺陷的产生原因及磁粉探伤缺陷磁痕特征,收集了荧光磁粉探伤缺陷图片,并对磁粉探伤缺陷进行了形貌分析。总结了几种常见缺陷的产生原因,有利于采取改进工艺措施防止缺陷产生。 This paper describes the most common causes of several kinds of defects of the bearing parts produced in the process of manufacturing and the characteristics of defect magnetic image collected by fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.Failure analysis was made according to the defect images.Some common causes for the defects were summarized in the aim as to improve the technology procedures and to prevent the defects in the future.
