摘要
对鸡骨素中的蛋白质含量进行测定,结果表明所测样品中蛋白质含量为24.8g/100g,该方法简单、准确度高,适用于鸡骨素中的蛋白质含量的测定。
The protein content of chicken bone extracts was determined. The result showed that the protein content of the sample was 24. 8g /100 g. This method was simple,high accuracy and suitable for the determination of protein content in chicken bone extract.
