摘要
红米具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,被誉为一种具有特殊功能和用途的水稻,即特种稻。但红米的口感较差;而香米,另一种众所周知的特种稻,则拥有较好的食味品质和经济价值。本研究选用控制种皮颜色的红米基因Rc和香味基因fgr的功能性分子标记,通过优化d NTPs以及引物浓度,建立了一套多重PCR体系,同时能检测水稻红米基因和香味基因的基因型;并利用该PCR体系可对红米和白香米水稻杂交后高世代群体进行检测。本研究进一步证明,本PCR体系检测准确率高,可明显提高育种的选育效率。
Red rice has high nutritional and medicinal value, regarded as Special Rice, has a kind of special function and application of rice. However, Red rice is distasteful. Fragrant rice, the other Special Rice, has good eating quality and economic value. The study use controlled molecular markers of the red rice Rc gene and aroma of fgr gene, by optimizing the concentration of d NTPs and primers to establish a system of multiple PCR, which can ensure the simultaneous detection of the genotypes of rice Rc gene and fgr gene. This study showed that the multiple PCR system has high detection accuracy and improves the efficiency of breeding.
