However, the development of economy, the progress of science and technology, social level of ascension, attitude towards the death penalty is also quietly changing.The emergence of alternative mechanisms and the pursuit of human rights is to let the death penalty difficulty to use.The death penalty, with the development of the society is pushed to the forefront, and calls to abolish the death penalty with the rule of law society have gradually absorbed more and more people’s attention.
