对公安边防警察组织制度反腐的创新研究--以香港廉政公署为例

A Creative Study of Anti-Corruption in the Organization System of Border Police Taking Hongkong as an Example---the ICAC

新时期，在全军上下开展的反腐倡廉工作中，公安边防警察队伍反腐工作作为军队反腐工作的一部分，其自身的反腐体制也在面临新的考验，加上公安边防警察队伍所担负任务的复杂性和重要性，更要求我们努力探讨组织制度的反腐工作的不足。香港廉政公署作为世界闻名的成功反腐机构，研究其内部运作模式，对于推进公安边防警察队伍组织制度反腐的创新发展具有一定的现实指导作用。

In this new era, as part of the all-level military anti-corruption, anti-corruption in border police also faces new challenges. Additionally, the complexity and importance of the task for border police team make it more necessary to explore anti-corruption problems in organization system. As world renowned anti-corruption institution, studying the internal mechanism of ICAC （Independent Commission Against Corruption） in Hong Kong will have practical guiding significance for the creative development of organization system anti-corruption in border police.
