摘要
为了对桥梁事故进行源头管理,提高桥梁运营阶段的安全性,从风险发生机理出发,建立了风险评估模型、风险接受准则和风险等级评价标准.考虑到风险损失的不确定性和模糊性,将模糊数学方法与层次分析法相结合构建了基于模糊综合评判(FCE)的失效后果评价方法,使风险损失量化,从而客观地对桥梁运营期风险进行评价.实例证明该方法具有可行性和有效性.
In order to control bridge accident at the source and improve the safety performance at the bridge operation stage,risk assessment mode,risk acceptance criteria and risk level evaluation criteria were established from the mechanism of risk.Then,taking into account the risk loss of uncertainty and ambiguity,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the consequences of failure was created based on the fuzzy mathematics method and analytic hierarchy process to quantify the risk of loss and complete risk evaluation.Example shows that the method is feasible and effective.
