积水在成品油输送管道中运动状态的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决成品油管道经常会因积水而产生内腐蚀的问题,通过FLUENT建立模型,模拟了成品油输送管道内低洼爬坡段积水的相关流态,分析了油品流速、管径对积水运动状态的影响以及积水的成因.结果表明:成品油输送管道内积水的运动状态与传统的油水两相流不同,在不同管段呈现不同的流型.在上倾管段中,受成品油剪切作用与水相自身重力作用及管壁摩擦力的影响,积水在管道底部达到动态平衡,因此难以排出管道.此外,流体流速增大,管道内的积水减少,而管径增大,积水增多;流体密度增大,管道内积水减少,管道弯曲角度增大,积水减少. Severe internal corrosion often happens in domestic oil pipeline as a result of residual water.To solve this problem,fluent models were built to simulate flowing states of residual water in low-lying and upward pipeline section.Built on these models,the motional state of residual water was studied,along with its cause of formation and how diameters of the pipe exert an influence on it.The results show that different flow patterns of residual water appear in different pipeline sections,which is different from that of the traditional two-phase flow.In the upward section of the pipe,the residual water can attain to a dynamic equilibrium under the influence of the oil,gravity of itself and friction exerted by the pipe wall,so it is very hard to be drained away.Besides,when increasing flow velocity and decreasing pipe diameter,the amount of residual water increase.The fluid density and pipe bending angle increases,the amount of residual water reduce.Based on these results,further study will be focused on the way to drain off the water to reduce the corrosion of the inner wall of pipeline.
