摘要
系统建构调查、分析、预警和干预的研判机制,提高政府与高校管理层对大学生思想和行为发展的应对效率和决策水平,有助于准确把握青年大学生思想变化的规律,对高校思想政治教育工作的开展和保持社会稳定具有重要意义。
It is the purpose of the research to investigate,analyze,forewarn and interfere with the current mechanisms which the government and the educational management may adopt with certain defects,hoping to improve the efficiency and decision-making process in a rational manner so as to obtain a better grasp over the changes that occur in the developments of the mindsets of college students nowadays and to produce a positive and significant effect in relevant ideological education and maintain the social harmony which the society concurrently values.
