探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者应用拉贝洛尔治疗的临床有效性

To explore the effective treatment of comprehensive application of labetalol clinical syndrome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的：分析妊娠高血压综合征患者应用拉贝洛尔治疗的临床有效性。方法：选取本院2013年8月至2015年8月收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者30例为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，即对照组与观察组，对照组采用硫酸镁进行治疗，观察组则采用拉贝洛尔进行治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为73．33％，观察组为93．33％，对照组无效率为26．67％，观察组为6．67％，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：拉贝洛尔作为妊娠高血压综合征患者的治疗方法，有显著疗效，可有效降低产妇妊娠期高血压的发生率，具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To analyze the comprehensive application of effective treatment in patients with labetalol clinical pregnancy hypertemion. Syndrome 30 cases as the object of study. Methods： Select the hospital in August 2013 to 2015 August were pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, divided for two groups, namely control group and observation group, the control group were treated with rnagnesitma sulfate treatment, the observation group with labetalol treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results： The total effective rate was 73.33% in the control group, the observation group was 93.33%, the control group was 26.67%, the observation group was 6.67%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Labetalol in the treatment methods for the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, h;ts obvious curative effect, can effectively reduce maternal gestational hypertemion incidence, with clinical value.
