改进吉妮致美IUD放置方法用于剖宫产后的临床观察

A clinical study on modified insertion operation of medicated GyneFix IUD for women with previous cesarean section

目的：探讨改进吉妮致美宫内节育器（intrauterine device，IUD）放置方法用于剖宫产后妇女的临床效果。方法：将300例年龄24—36岁要求放置吉妮致美IUD的剖宫产后妇女分成两组，观察组158例，采用改进放置方法；对照组142例，采用传统放置方法。比较两组手术情况（置器时间、人工扩张宫颈程度、IUD重置次数）及1年随访结果（IUD终止率、不良反应发生率）。结果：观察组置器时间、人工扩张宫颈程度较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01），IUD重置次数、1年随访IUD终止率及副反应发生率两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：改进吉妮致美IUD放置方法用于剖宫产后妇女临床效果良好。

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of medicated GyneFix IUD for women with previous cesarean section. Methods： A total of 300 women aged 24-36 years old with previous cesarean section requiring medicated GyneFix IUD for contraception were randomized into two groups： observation group in which 158 cases were inserted medicated GyneFix IUD by using modified operation method, and control group in which 142 cases were inserted medicated GyneFix IUD by using traditional operation method. Compare the effectiveness of operation and results of one year follow-up of two groups. Results： The operation time and the number ofreinsertion of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group（P 〈 0.01）. The number of reinsertion, the failure rate and the rate of side effects were similar in two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Modified insertion operation of medicated GyneFix IUD shows a positive effect.
