军用塑料药筒注塑工艺研究

摘要 目的解决塑料药筒口部壁厚偏差较大,造成紧塞盖装配困难的问题。方法采用金属底预埋的方式,将机加成形的金属底与药筒筒体,在注塑过程中实现了注塑一体结构。结果采用注塑加工,从根底上解决了药筒筒体的壁厚差不均问题,而且还可减少切封头、涂胶、精车全长等多道工序,也能从很大程度上提高塑料材料利用率。结论采用注塑生产的塑料筒身密度、强度、注塑精度及内外表面光滑度、内弹道性能等指标,均优于吹塑产品。经分析以上两种产品结构均能满足产品使用要求,工艺方法合理可行。 The aim of this study was to solve the packing cap assembly problem caused by thickness deviation of the plastic cartridge mouth wall. With the method of pre-embedded metal parts,the machining of forming metal bottom and cartridge shell were constructed together in the process of plastic injection molding. Through the injection molding processing,problem of inequality thickness of cylinder wall was completely solved. Moreover,it not only reduced the cutting head,glue,fine car length,such as multi-channel processes,but also largely improved the utilization rate of plastic materials. The products of plastic injection molding were superior to blow molding products in many aspects: tube body density,strength,the precision of injection molding and the internal and external surface smoothness,and the internal ballistic performance indicators. Both of the above two products can meet the requirements of product use,and the methods are reasonable and feasible.
