摘要 以LED模组为光源、光电倍增管为光接收器设计了一种紫外光传输实验系统,利用该系统对波长为265nm的紫外光视距和非视距两种传输方式下的传输特性进行测试,并把测试结果和理论模型进行了对比分析。结果表明,室内紫外光传输满足在LOS方式下接收光功率与距离平方成反比、NLOS方式下接收光功率与距离成反比的关系,同时室内反射作用能够影响散射特性。设计紫外光通信系统时要综合考虑通信距离和功率的需求,留出足够功率裕量。研究结果为紫外光通信系统的设计提供了参考。 A system of ultraviolet light transmission that used LED module and PMT was designed. The system was used to test ultraviolet light LOS and NLOS transmission performance. The test result was compared to the model. The indoor result is: in LOS mode, the relation between received power and the square of distance is that of inverse proportion function ; in NLOS mode,, the relation between received power and distance is that of inverse proportion function. At the same time, the scattering characteristics can be affected with the indoor reflection effect. The relationship between distance and power is required to be considered when the communica- tion system is designed. The reference from this research is thus given for ultraviolet communication system design.
