摘要
探讨了制备复方银红膜剂的方法及其对大鼠口腔粘膜损伤的作用效果。将聚乙烯醇为成膜材料制备的复方银红膜剂作用于口腔粘膜损伤模型大鼠,从病理学角度比较其对粘膜损伤的防治作用。结果表明:每片复方银红膜剂中羟基红花黄色素A的平均含量为6.85 mg,适于粘膜、皮肤等组织给药。证明该制剂在不同程度上减轻了大鼠口腔粘膜损伤程度,并可使损伤修复提前,表明复方银红膜剂具有一定的粘膜保护作用。
In order to discuss the preparation method of compound Yinhong plastic to oral mucosal damage effects,PVA was used as the coating material to prepare compound Yinhong for making oral mucosa damage model in rats,which was compared with preventive and therapeutic effect to mucosal injury by pathological observation.The results showed that the average content of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in a piece of compound Yinhong plastic was 6.85 mg,and it could be suitable for skin and mucous membrane tissue. It indicated that compound Yinhong plastic could inordinately alleviate the degree of oral mucosal injury,and damage repair in advance. It pointed out that compound Yinhong plastic had a certain mucosal protection action.
