摘要 为研究肩关节做水平屈伸运动时肌肉力量特征的生物力学参数。随机从东北大学体育系学生中抽取300名学生作为研究对象,对他们进行等速向心肌力测试,在角速度为60°·s-1、120°·s-1、180°·s-1时观察肩关节水平屈伸肌群的峰力矩、总功、平均功率等。结果表明:等速向心运动时肩关节水平屈伸肌群的峰力矩、总功在角速度为60°·s-1(慢速)的运动中大于角速度为180°·s-1快速的运动,角速度为120°·s-1时最大;等速向心运动时水平伸肌群的峰力矩、总功大于水平屈肌群的峰力矩、总功;总功屈伸比随测试速度增大而增大;等速向心运动时肩关节的水平屈伸肌群平均功率会随着角速度的增大而增大。 The article analyzed the biomechanical parameters of shoulder muscle strength in flexion and horizontal extension. 300 students were randomly selected as research subjects from department of physical education,Northeastern University. Isokinetic concentric testing was conducted to observe peak torque,total work,average power of shoulder muscle in flexion and horizontal extension with the angles ranging from 60,120 to 180 °·s^-1. The results showed that isokinetic concentric exercise of shoulder muscle in the flexion and horizontal extension,the peak torque,total work at angle of 60 °·s^-1 (slow) were greater than those at angle of 180 °·s^-1(fast) ,and they were the greatest at angle of 120 °·s^-1. The peak torque,total work in muscle flexion were the greater than those in horizontal extension. The total work flexion increased with the test speed,and the average power of shoulder muscle in flexion and horizontal extension increased with the angular velocity.
