摘要
流量仪表绝大多数属于速度型,即要求安装需较长的直管段长度,在现场难以满足时,对准确度会带来多大影响,不能主观地臆测,而应以试验数据予以评估,这个课题在国外已开展近四十年,而我国长期被忽视。为了提高我国流量仪表在应用中的技术水平,本文呼吁应尽快建立阻力件特性流量试验室,用测试数据量化流场对流量仪表准确度的影响。文中所推荐的试验装置即用于这个目的。
Most flow meters belong to speed type,that is mean they need more longer straight pipe section,when it's hard to be satisfied in the field, how much influence will be caused by not enough straight pipe,it can't be subjectively conjectured,but should be estimated according to the tested data.This topic has been carried out in recent forty years, while it is neglected over a long period of time in China. In order to improve the technology level of our country in the application of flow meter, in this article we advocate to built a flow test room with resistance component characteristics as soon as possible, using the tested data to quantify the effect of flow field on the accuracy of flow meter. The tested devices are recommended in this article is just used for this purpose.
