摘要
基于直流电焊机焊条电弧焊操作时,由于焊条药皮偏心度、电弧周围气流的干扰、电弧周围磁场的影响等问题,特别是电弧周围磁场对电弧挺直度的影响,利用电磁理论进行深入的研究,提出了影响电弧磁偏吹的一些影响因素,对提高焊条电弧焊的质量具有实际的指导意义。
In this paper, DC welding machine arc welding operation based on time, because the electrode coating eccentricity,arc, arc airflow interference magnetic field around the problem of the influence, especially the influence of magnetic field on arc around the straight degree of arc, in-depth study using electromagnetic theory, put forward some factors that influence the effect of arc magnetic blow, to improve the quality of arc welding has practical guiding significance.
