摘要 为提供0.6m连续式风洞AV90-3轴流压缩机的监控交互接口并监控其运行状态,设计了一套基于Win CC的监控界面。采用Win CC的变量管理、图形设计、报警记录和变量记录等功能,组态生成连续在线的监控界面,实现了压缩机数据采集、状态监视、实时报警、过程控制和趋势记录等功能,并成功应用于压缩机运行和风洞试验。结果表明:监控界面交互性强,工作可靠,实现了连续式风洞轴流压缩机的连续在线监控,获得了安全运行经验。 For offering interactionalinterface and monitoring working situation of AV90-3 axial compressor in 0.6m×0.6m continuous transonic wind tunnel, a monitoring interface based on Win CC was developed.By tag management,graphicsdesign,alarm logging and tag logging,the developed continuous and online interface made data acquisition, condition monitoring, real-time alarm,process control,trend logging come true,and successfully applied in compressor commissioning and wind tunnel testing.The debugging results show that:the monitoring interface is stable and reliable, fully meets requirements of axial compressor continuous online monitoringin continuous wind tunnel,provides safety operation experience.
