为提供0.6m连续式风洞AV90-3轴流压缩机的监控交互接口并监控其运行状态,设计了一套基于Win CC的监控界面。采用Win CC的变量管理、图形设计、报警记录和变量记录等功能,组态生成连续在线的监控界面,实现了压缩机数据采集、状态监视、实时报警、过程控制和趋势记录等功能,并成功应用于压缩机运行和风洞试验。结果表明:监控界面交互性强,工作可靠,实现了连续式风洞轴流压缩机的连续在线监控,获得了安全运行经验。

For offering interactionalinterface and monitoring working situation of AV90-3 axial compressor in 0.6m×0.6m continuous transonic wind tunnel, a monitoring interface based on Win CC was developed.By tag management,graphicsdesign,alarm logging and tag logging,the developed continuous and online interface made data acquisition, condition monitoring, real-time alarm,process control,trend logging come true,and successfully applied in compressor commissioning and wind tunnel testing.The debugging results show that：the monitoring interface is stable and reliable, fully meets requirements of axial compressor continuous online monitoringin continuous wind tunnel,provides safety operation experience.
