基于LabVIEW的上位机对S7-200PLC的通信控制系统研究

简要介绍了西门子PPI通信协议,在LabVIEW平台上编写PPI通信协议命令帧的自动生成程序和串口发送程序,并利用LabVIEW的生产者消费者循环结构合理调用以上通信程序实现上位机对S7-200PLC的控制。

This paper briefly introduces the Siemens PPI communication protocol, and the preparation of PPI communication protocol command frame on the platform of Lab VIEW automatic program generation and send serial procedures, achieve the goal of PC control of S7-200 PLC by calling the producer consumer cycle structure of Lab VIEW communication program reasonablely.
