摘要
为实现水质重金属检测数据的采集与处理,在分析重金属检测方法的基础上,依据检测指标要求,选用离子选择性电极法和阳极溶出伏安法两种电化学检测方法,在此基础上,对传感器进行了选择,构建了数据采集系统框架,并对数据采集终端的功能模块进行了分析。为对采集数据进行有效处理,采用3σ准则、算数平均滤波法、加权滤波相结合的综合数字滤波处理方法对测量数据进行滤波处理。
In order to realize the acquisition and processing of water heavy metal detection data,based on analysis of heavy metal detection methods,based on the detection requirements,using ion selective electrode method and anodic stripping voltammetry with two electrochemical detection method,on the basis of this,the sensor has been chosen,constructs the framework of data acquisition system,and data acquisition the function module of the terminal are analyzed.For effective treatment on data collection,using the criterion,the arithmetic average filtering method,the weighted filtering combined digital filtering processing method for measuring data filtering.
