摘要
近些年来,全国各类高职技能大赛中经常会出现各种异型的加工。由于数控车实作部分一般为手工编程,不能借助自动编程软件。华中作为国内数控系统行业的龙头,市场占有率近三年来一直保持第一。本文研究了基于华中世纪星HNC-21/22M系统,综合应用宏程序和子程序编制椭圆面上圆弧槽加工程序的方法。对异型螺纹的编程有一定的实际指导意义。
In recent years,the emergence of various special-shaped processing often all kinds of vocational skills contest in.The NC implementation is generally not with manual programming,automatic programming software.China as a domestic CNC system of leading industry,the market share of nearly three years has maintained the first.This paper studies the HNC-21/22 M system based on Huazhong Century Star program,method of processing arc slot on the comprehensive application of macro program and a subroutine for elliptic surface.Have a certain practical significance on screw programming.
