摘要
数控机床在进行改造、大修后,必须进行机电联调,以使数控机床性能达到最优。其具休步骤包括联调前的准备,正常通电后数控系统参数进行设定、伺服系统、主轴驱动调试,PMC程序的下载等,联调完成后还需通过试运行来验证机床的功能与性能是否达到预期效果。
CNC machine tools must be debugged electrical and mechanical systems after the reconstruction or overhaul.Which make CNC machine tools to achieve optimal performance.Its steps include a prepare for debugging,set CNC system parameters,set servo system and spindle driver parameters,download PMC program,etc.At last,it need to verify the functionality and performance of the machine after the debugging.
