摘要
针对海上溢油回收监测液位计电缆易受海水腐蚀的问题,采用单片机与CAV444组成电容式液位计,通过无线通讯模块nRF24L01与船舱内工作站进行通讯,由上位机labview界面显示油层厚度。在实验室通过模拟现场地理环境、电磁环境和气候条件干扰的实际情况,对该系统进行了静态和动态环境的实验,结果表明可以满足现场工作的要求。
Aiming at problem of offshore oil spill recovery monitoring level gauge cable vulnerable to seawater corrosion,using the wireless communication module nRF24L01 to transmit data between capacitive level gauge composed of MCU and CAV444 and the workstation in the cabin,and the thickness status of oil would be displayed on the Labview interface by the epigynous machine.Through the simulation of actual interference of geographical environment,electromagnetic environment and climate conditions in the lab,the static and dynamic experiments were carried out on the system.And the results can satisfy the requirement of working field.
