Optimization technology of pump group based on lowest transport energy consumption

摘要 在大中型中央空调水系统中,往往采用多台变频水泵并联运行的方式,以便通过运行台数及频率的调节适应水系统流量的变化。在空调运行过程中,根据用户的负荷需求,冷冻水流量是不断变化的,这样就需要系统自动调节水泵频率以满足当前负荷需求。这样就有可能是多泵运行在低频率或者少泵运行在高频率,而这两种方案都是不科学不合理的,当然也就达不到节能效果。本文描述将一种自动根据当前末端负荷在并联泵组中优选出能耗最低的泵组合的控制技术。 In large and medium central air conditioning system,often using a plurality of variable frequency pump in parallel manner,so as to adapt to change the flow by adjusting the number and frequency of pumps.In the air conditioning running process,according to the user demand,chilled water flow is constantly changing,so the system needs to automatically regulate the pumps frequency to meet current demand load.So there may be multiple pumps running in low frequency or a few pumps operating in high frequency,but the two schemes are unscientific and unreasonable,of course also not to the effect of energy saving.This paper describes an automatic control technology based on the lowest energy consumption according to the current terminal load to select the highest efficiency combination in parallel pumps.
