基于RFID技术的综合服务智能小区系统,主要以小区内业主本身和业主移动性财产的快捷性、安全性、智能性为目标,以小区业主及其移动性财产为主要对象,利用RFID技术在小区一卡通刷卡的功能上实现刷卡实时信息的记录。系统可以在小区每一个需要的地方装上感应器,记录相应物业管理的信息,完全实现自动控制、信息化,弥补了人工记录管理的漏洞、效率低下等不足,在提高小区物业服务种类和质量的同时也节省了大量的物力和人力。系统设计中采用C#.NET和SQLSERVER实现综合服务智能小区系统。

Development and Implementation of Intelligent Community Integrated Service System Based on RFID,the Intelligent Community,mainly in the district of the owners and the owners of fast moving property,security and intelligence as the goal to residential property owners and their mobility as the main target,the use of RFID technology in the area record card to achieve real-time information on the card swipe functionality.System where each cell is mounted on the sensor needs to record information relevant property management,fully automatic control,information technology,to make up for manual records management loopholes,such as inadequate and inefficient in improving the variety and quality residential property services but also saves a lot of material and human resources.System design using C #.NET and SQLSERVER achieve integrated service intelligence community systems.
