摘要
选煤厂溜槽数量繁多,如何提高其耐磨性能一直是选煤工程设计人员十分关注和亟需解决的问题。目前一般采用在溜槽内部铺设耐磨衬板的方式提高其使用寿命,因此对于耐磨衬板的科学、合理选择显得尤为重要。笔者根据多年工作经验,结合现场搜集到的磨损数据,就溜槽铺设耐磨衬板的条件、常用耐磨衬板的材料与特点进行分析,并对各种材料的性能进行比较,为溜槽耐磨衬板的选择提供理论指导。
The chute is used the most and plays an important role in coal preparation plant, however, its excellent wear - resisting property is concerned more by designer so that how to improve this performance needs to be addressed. At present, the service life of chute can be improved by generally using wear - re- sisting lining plate. According to years of work experience and application data from coal preparation plant, the wear - resisting lining plate of chute is analyzed in forms of application conditions, common materials and feature, and then it provide reference for selecting wear - resisting lining plate of the chute by comparing various materials.
