摘要
饲料加工厂气力输送系统中最常见的一个问题是弯管磨损,分析了弯管磨损机理,结果表明为冲蚀磨损,采用微切削模型来建立弯管冲蚀磨损计算模型,推导计算公式中的参数,并用输送玉米时弯管冲蚀磨损实例进行计算和讨论,为进一步研究弯管耐磨损设计提供依据。
In feed mill pneumatic conveying system, one of the most common problem is bend wear,the bend wear mechanism is analyzed, the results show that for erosion wear, adopting micro cuttingmodel to establish bend erosion wear calculation model, the parameters in the formula was derived,and when conveying corn erosion wear of bending tube is calculated and discussed, providing the ba-sis for further study of the bend wear resistance design.
