刈割次数对菊芋生物量及营养价值影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 为探讨不同刈割次数对菊芋产量及营养价值的影响,以自选品种"青芋1号"、"青芋2号"菊芋为试验材料,采用两种不同刈割次数分别测定不同品种的产量,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、钙、磷、无氮浸出物含量,结果表明:随着刈割次数的增加,两个品种的总生物量和地上部生物量增加,地下部生物量减少;在苗高170 cm时刈割1次的菊芋秸秆中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分以及钙磷、总糖含量高于对照及刈割两次的秸秆。为达到生物量最大值,菊芋应该选择在苗高120 cm时留茬30 cm刈割1次,苗子长到120 cm再刈割1次;为了达到最佳营养价值时期刈割则可以选择在苗高170 cm时刈割。 To investigate the effect of different cutting times on artichoke yield and nutritional value,Qingyu 1 and Qingyu 2 two Jerusalem artichoke varieties were used as materials, using two differentcutting times were measured in different varieties yield, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, ash, calci-um, phosphorus, nitrogen free extract content, the results showed that: with the increase in the numberof mowing, total biomass and aboveground biomass of two species increased belowground reduction;170 cm in height when mowing once artichoke stalk crude protein, crude fat, crude ash and calciumand phosphorus content were higher than the control and mowing twice a straw. To achieve the maxi-mum biomass, artichoke should choose stubble 30 cm in height when mowing once 120 cm, 120 cmseedling grows to mowing once again; For optimum nutritional value mowing time you can choosewhen mowing in height of 170 cm.
