摘要
试验旨在研究使用生物发酵床饲养肉鸡对其生长性能与屠宰性能的影响。选用2 400只35日龄体重相近的肉鸡,随机平均分为对照组、生物发酵床加菌组(基础日粮添加益生菌)和生物发酵床组,试验期40 d。结果表明,生物发酵床加菌组生长性能显著提高(P<0.05);屠宰性能中,半净膛率、全净膛率比较,对照组和生物发酵床加菌组、生物发酵床组差异显著(P<0.05);使用生物发酵床还能提高免疫器官指数水平。使用生物发酵床饲养肉鸡对其生长性能与屠宰性能、免疫功能有一定改善作用,且日粮添加益生菌剂效果更佳。
This study was designed to research the effects of deep-litter system on growth performanceand slaughter performance of broilers.We adopted 2 400 broilers on 35 day-old and randomly seperat-ed them into three groups. The results showed that the growth performance and slaughter performancewere improved in experiment group. There were significant difference between the experiment groupand control group in semi-eviscerated carcass rate, eviscerated carcass rate(P〈0.05). The results dem-onstrated that the the growth performance and slaughter performance in broilers could be improved bydeep-litter system,and what was better by adding suitable amounts of probiotics.
