摘要
选取180头胎次大致相同、体重接近、公母各半、健康状况良好的28 d断奶的杜长大杂交(杜洛克×长白×大约克)保育仔猪随机分为3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复15头猪,公母比例大致相同,试验猪只断奶后继续使用原教槽料饲喂1周到35日龄开始试验,65日龄试验结束,试验期为30 d。试验结果显示:1试验末重试验1组、试验2组、对照组三者之间相对比,差异均为极显著(P<0.01);2平均日增重试验1组、试验2组与对照组相比较差异均极显著(P<0.01),试验2组与试验1组间差异显著(P<0.05);3平均日采食量试验1组比对照组提高1.02%,差异不显著(P>0.05),试验2组与对照组比,差异显著(P<0.05),试验2组与试验1组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);4料重比试验1组与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),试验2组与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),试验2组与试验1组比较差异显著(P<0.05);5腹泻率试验1组较对照组降低60.24%,试验2组较对照组降低79.26%,试验2组较试验1组降低47.84%,差异均为极显著(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,微生态制剂+酶制剂能极显著提高保育仔猪的日增重,极显著降低保育仔猪的腹泻率。添加微生态制剂200 g+酶制剂200 g的效果更佳。
180 weaned nursery pigs(28 d, Duroc × Landrace ×Yorkshire), which have similar parity,weight, quantities of male and female and healthstatus, were allotted to 3 dietary treatments.There were 4 repeats each treatment and 15 pigsper repeat. They were fed primary diet for 1week before test began, and the experiment lasted30 days(from d 35 to d 65). The results showed that: 1 Final weights of the three groups were highlysignificantly different. 2 The differences were highly significant between test groups and the controlgroup and significant between two test groups in average daily weight gain. 3 The average daily feedintake of group 1 was increased by 1.02%(P0.05) compared with the control group, and group 2 wassignificantly different from the control group. Two test groups were not significantly different. 4 Forfeed conversion ratio(FCR), group 1 and 2 were not significant and group 2 was highly significant dif-ferent from control group, and the two test groups were significantly different. 5 There were highly sig-nificant differences between three groups in diarrhea rate. Group 1 and 2 were decreased by 60.24%and 79.26% separately compared with the control group, and group 2 was 47.84% lower than group 1.It indicated that, microecologics together with enzyme preparation can increase daily weight gain, de-crease diarrhea rate of nursery pigs significantly. 200 g of microecologics and 200 g of enzyme prepara-tion can get better results.
