摘要 本文构建了基于AB Micro850 PLC的RS232串口转WIFI的无线收发系统,采用Modbus协议实现报文的发送,实现了基于安卓便携设备的滚珠丝杠滑台运动控制与监视。对手持设备的监控效果与传统的触摸屏监控效果进行了对比实验测试,实验结果表明,基于手持终端的无线控制系统响应良好,PLC反馈回手持终端的运动曲线与有线通讯的触摸屏曲线一致。 In this paper, industrial WIFI is used to control ball screw sliding ways through Android mobile devices. The principle of industrial WIFI was introduced. Then, the wireless system based on RS232 serial port of Micro850 PL.C was built, and using the modBus treaty implemented message transmission and receiving. The composition of hardware and the design of software were discussed. The experiment compared monitor effect in Android device to the effect in touch screen. The results demonstrate that wireless control based on mobile devices has good response and shows the similar curves between mobile devices and touch screen.
