基于HMIS的无线床旁移动入出院系统的设计

Design of The Wireless Portable Bedside Admission-discharge System Based on HMIS

近年来,医院就医流程复杂,出入院手续繁琐,患者办理手续时耗时长、跑路多的问题极为突出。为了解决这一问题,基于医院管理信息化(HMIS),设计开发了一套移动床旁出入院系统;系统由高配置移动工作站、电动办公车组成,设计了简单易操作的人机交互界面,通过无线网络与医院中心数据库进行数据交互,集成了入出院登记、划价收款等功能;工作站安装在专门设计的电动办公车上,配有车载保险箱、GPRS卫星定位、POS机、验钞机和打印机等必备设备,可自由出入电梯和病房,直接到患者床旁办理入出院手续。该系统从根本上解决了入出院手续办理流程复杂的问题,最大限度地节省了就医时间,为患者提供了方便。

In recent years,the treatment is very complex,and admission-discharge procedures are very tedious,so patients go through the formalities for long time cost and need to go to many departments. For solving these problems,we designed a portable bedside admission-discharge system. This system included a high configuration movable workstation and an electrombile,and we designed a manmachine interface system which can be operated simply and easily. The system can interact with the central database of the hospital through the wireless network,moreover,it integrates the function of admission-discharge register,pricing and fees collection and so on. The workstation is installed in the electrombile,which is equipped with an on-board strongbox,GPRS,POS machine,currency count machine,printer and other necessary equipment.
