基于三阶段DEA模型的广西信息产业效率研究

Research on the efficiency of Guangxi information industry based on the three stage DEA model

已有研究表明,我国不同区域的信息产业效率存在着一定的差异性。本文针对广西各地区的信息产业效率,应用三阶段DEA法进行了研究。结果显示,广西大部分地区信息产业的综合效率是较高的,不过不同地区的信息产业效率存在一定的差异性。这说明外部环境对信息产业效率的影响是较为显著的。地方政府部门应当努力改善信息产业的产业环境、提高人力配置、提升对信息的有效利用,有效地促进信息产业的技术效率,从而促进信息产业的发展。

There are some differences in the efficiency of information industry in different regions of our country. In this paper, we apply the three stage DEA method to measure the efficiency of the information industry in Guangxi. Research shows that the overall efficiency of the information industry in most region of Guangxi is high, while there are some differences in the efficiency of different regions. This shows that the impact of the external environment on the efficiency of the information industry is more significant. Local government departments should strive to improve the industrial environment, the human resources allocation, the effective use of information, and effectively promote the technical efficiency of the information industry, so as to promote the development of information industry.
