社区护理照顾对康复期精神病患者的效果

Effect by community nursing care for convalescence psychosis patients

目的分析社区护理照顾对康复期精神病患者的临床效果。方法 122例康复期精神病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者给予全方位的社区护理照顾。观察两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后观察组患者的大体评定量表评分较护理前与对照组明显提升(P<0.05)。观察组患者的按时按量用药率、规律作息率、定期复诊率分别为98.4%、95.1%、98.4%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区护理照顾对康复期精神病患者具有良好的临床效果,不仅能显著改善患者的生活质量,还能提高患者的依从性,应予以推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect by community nursing care for convalescence psychosis patients. Methods A total of 122 convalescence psychosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive community nursing care. Nursing effects in the two groups were observed. Results After nursing, the observation group had much higher global assessment scale than that before nursing and the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group had timely and appropriate medication rate, regular living rate, and regular subsequent visit rate as 98.4%, 95.1%, and 98.4%, which were all higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing care provides good clinical effect for convalescence psychosis patients. It can remarkably improve quality of life in patients, as well as their compliance. It is worthy of promoting.
