响应面法优化稀土烧结钢的成分与性能

On Optimization of The Composition and Propertiesof Sintered Alloy Steel with Rare Earth According to Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以Ce的质量分数、Sn的质量分数为单因素,以试样的表观硬度、抗拉强度和冲击韧性ak为性能评价指标,通过响应面分析法,优化Fe-Mn-Cu-Sn-Ce-C烧结钢的成分与性能,并利用统计学方法建立了试件表观硬度的二次多项数学模型。结果表明:Ce的质量分数为0.45%、Sn的质量分数为1.2%时烧结钢的综合性能最好,此时试样的表观硬度为147HB,抗拉强度为563MPa,冲击韧性ak为18.5J.cm-2。 This paper took the mass fraction of cerium,the mass fraction of Tinas single factors,andsurface hardness,extension strength,and the value of impact to ughness of sample as propertyevaluationindex,and optimized the composition and property of Fe-Mn-Cu-Sn--Ce-C sintered steel according to response surface methodology and createdaquadratic polynomial model with respect tosurface hardness according to statistical methods.The results showed that the comprehensive properties of sintered steelwouldbe the best when the mass fraction of cerium is 0.45%,the mass fraction of Tin is 12%.The surface hardness of the sampleis 147HB ,extension strength is 563MPa and impact toughness is 18.5 J·cm^-2.
