叶轮给粉机是仓储式制粉系统中重要设备,对电厂锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行起着重要作用。针对田家庵发电厂#6炉给粉机为存在的下粉不畅、风粉混合浓度波动大,对炉膛燃烧扰动大等问题,结合实际运行数据进行原因分析,并针对原因提出了解决措施,取得了较好的效果。

Impeller pulverized coal feeder is important equipment storing-type pulverizing system,it plays an important role in the safe,stable and economic operation of the boiler in plant.In view of the congested pulverized coal dropping,the great fluctuation of the mixture density of pulverized coal and serious disturbance to the fueling in hearth and other existing problems in NO.6 pulverized coal feeder of boiler in Tianjia＇an power plant,this paper combined practical data and made analysis on causes,and put forward solutions,an achieved significant effect.
