改革开放之后我国经济持续稳定增长,投资和出口成为拉动增长的主要力量,而近年来受国际金融危机的影响,在全球经济状况越来越复杂难测的背景下,我国的经济增长指数开始出现下行趋势,此时扩大内需来拉动经济保持稳定增长已成为关注的焦点,而扩大内需的潜力在于城镇。

Since the reform and opening-up,the economy of China has been growing continuously and stably,investment and exports has become the main force promoting growth,in recent years,impacted by international financial crisis,under the background that the global economy is becoming more and more complex and capricious,China＇s economic growth index has tended to be downward,thus,to expand domestic demand to drive economy and keep it growing stably has become the focus of attention,and the potential of expanding domestic demand lies in the towns.
