摘要
电控发动机因具有优良的性能而广泛装配于现代汽车。同时,电控系统的复杂性,使电控发动机的故障相对也多,主要故障有启动困难、怠速不稳、发动机回火、油耗过高等。因此,检测维修人员要对电控发动机的工作原理和系统构成有充分的理解和全部掌握;故障诊断及维修过程中要"根据现象看本质",采用有效的方法和技巧,保证操作安全和维修质量、降低维修成本。
Electronic-control engine is widely assembled on modern automobiles because of its excellent performance. Meanwhile,due to its complexity,breakdowns of electronic-control engine occur a lot,such as starting difficulties,unstable idle speed,back fire of engines,exceeded fuel consumption.Therefore,maintenance personnel should be fully aware of the working principles and system structure of electronic-control engine,using effective methods and techniques to ensure operational safety and maintenance quality as well as to reduce maintenance cost.
