摘要
剪叉式液压升降平台是一种适用于果园采摘的实用机具,通过对其结构组件进行分析计算,推导了系统中执行元件负载变化的理论表达式;针对其在果园作业时需要完成升降、调平动作,实现作业高效和可靠性的要求,对平台液压系统原理图进行了拟定;分析了果园升降平台液压系统的特点,并对液压元件进行了计算选型,明确了平台总体及系统各组成部件的设计要求。
Hydraulic fork lifting platform is a practical tool applied in orchard for picking.In this paper,the mechanism was taken apart into different component modules on the basis of its structure,the theoretical expression for load change of working actuator in the system was deduced.For the mechanism in orchard has to accomplish operations such as lifting and leveling,which requires high efficiency and good safety performance.The principle diagram of the hydraulic system was formulated and the characteristics of the hydraulic system were analyzed.What is more, the hydraulic components were calculated and selected,the design requirements of the overall system and the components were clarified.
