铝合金构件焊接变形研究及焊接工艺优化探讨

The Study on Aluminum Alloy Welding Deformation and Welding Process Optimization

铝合金焊接在工业生产活动中具有广泛的应用,但是在进行铝合金构件焊接的过程中,经常会发生构件焊接变形等问题,增加了焊接部位再次损坏的风险。通过分析铝合金构件焊接变形的原因,提出优化这项焊接工艺的具体措施,希望可以对相关的焊接工作人员起到良好的技术指导作用。

Aluminum alloy welding has wide application in industrial production,but in the process of welding aluminum alloy components,problem such as welding deformation occurs a lot,which not only seriously affects the effects of welding,but also increases the risk of the welding parts damage.In this paper,through analyzing the reason of welding deformation aluminium alloy component,some specific measures to optimize the welding technology of welding are put forward.
