基于社区参与的民族地区旅游扶贫机制构建研究——以汝城县民族乡镇为例

Construction Research on Tourism Poverty Alleviation Mechanism in Minority Area Based on Community Involvement——A Case study of Minority Area in Ruchen

旅游扶贫应立足于贫困人口的获利和发展,其核心是使贫困人口从旅游开发中获得更多的发展机会和净利益。以社区参与理论为基础,对汝城民族乡镇地区居民进行调查。研究表明,当地居民参与旅游业的意愿强,但实际参与能力不足。建议地方政府应构建基于社区参与的民族地区旅游扶贫长效机制以期实现贫困人口脱贫和旅游发展的双赢。

Tourism poverty alleviation should depend on the profits and development of poverty population,the key point is to earn more opportunities and profits from development of tourism.This paper investigates residents in Rucheng minority area based on the theory of community involvement.The result indicates that local residents have intense inclination to participate in tourism,although the involvement ability is insufficient.It is suggested that local government should establish longstanding tourism poverty alleviation mechanism based on community involvement to realize poverty elimination and tourism development.
