社区居民视角下少数民族旅游村寨社区边缘化研究——以贵州西江千户苗寨为例

Community Marginalization Research on the Ethnic Tourism Village from the Perspective of Community Residents——A Case Study of Xijiang Thousand Miao village

以西江千户苗寨为研究案例地,通过访谈观察法,从政治、经济、社会、文化四个层面分别描述西江千户苗寨社区边缘化现象,主要包括管理上政府主导、收益社区差距大、本地人就业比例下降且层次低及苗族传统文化日益消退。针对日益凸显的的问题,跳出局限于政府、企业责任归咎,以社区居民自身为出发点,认为受教育水平低、社区自治组织逐渐瓦解及社区依恋程度降低是社区边缘化问题的主要原因。

This paper, by using the method of interviews and observation,takes the example of Xijiang Miao village to describe the community marginalization phenomenon in Xijiang Miao village from four aspects of politics,economy,society,culture,mainly including the management of government leading,large income gap in the community, reduction and low level of local employment proportion,and the fading of traditional culture of Miao.To address the growing problem,we should jump out the view of the government and corporation and focus on the community residents,considering the low level of education, gradual collapses of community autonomy organizations and low level of community attachment are the main reasons for the problem of community marginalization.
