摘要 在"中国制造2025"计划的背景下,德国企业的在华投资重点集中于现代制造业。随着现代制造业的发展,需要大量技能型专业人才。应整合职教资源、改革教学模式,在制造业发展现代学徒制,以支持"中国制造2025"计划的实施。 Under the background of ＂made in China 2025＂ plan,the German business investment in China mainly focused on the modern manufacturing industry.With the development of modern manufacturer industry,professionals are in large demand.In order to support the ＂made in China 2025＂plan,faculty resources should be integrated,teaching mode should be reformed and modern apprenticeship should be applied.
