"翻转课堂"作为一种新的教学组织模式,强调学生在教学活动中的主体地位,以及对学生自主学习能力的培养,这同旅游管理专业人才培养目标具有内在的契合关系。一般而言,适合使用"翻转课堂"教学模式的课程应具备实践性和应用性强,参与性强,课程内容具有开放性等特点。深入分析旅游管理专业课程体系,结合课程特点,寻找适合实施"翻转课堂"教学模式的课程,对于提升旅游管理专业人才培养目标具有重要的现实意义。
"Flipped classroom"as a new teaching organization mode,emphasizes students' main position in teaching activities,as well as the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability,which has the inherent fit relationship with the training objectives of tourism management professionals.Generally speaking,the courses suitable for the use of "flipped classroom" teaching mode should have characteristics such as practical,practical application,strong participation,and so on.To promote professional talents in tourism management major,it is important to analyze the curriculum system of tourism management and look for courses suitable for the implementation of the "flipped classroom"teaching mode.
