对职业院校开展师资培训工作的思考

The Thinking of Carrying Out Teacher Training in Vocational Colleges

职业院校师资培训对提高教师专业能力,推进职业教育的教学改革与发展发挥着积极作用。结合当前职业院校开展的师资国培和省培项目,从培训需求分析、培训内容的设计、培训师资的遴选、培训质量评价、培训保障机制等方面进行了探讨,以实现培训工作质量的提升和促进职业教育培训体系建设的目的。

The teacher training in vocational colleges exerts a positive influence on improving teachers＇ professional ability and facilitating reform and development of vocational education.Combined with the current teaching project,this paper discusses the aspects of training needs,training design,selection of training faculty and guarantee mechanism of training,aims at improving training quality and construction of training system.
