高职院校心理健康教育的资本投入及其效益探讨

The Discussion of Capital Investment and Benefit of Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校心理健康教育能提升学生的综合素质,防患心理疾病的产生。但当前心理健康工作的实际效益并不显著。因此,高职院校应结合本校特点,加大对心理疾病的防御投入、对教师实行全员培训、完善校园文化建设以及形成良好的家校沟通模式。

The mental health education in higher vocational colleges can improve students＇ comprehensive quality and prevent psychological illness.However,the actual effect of current mental health education is not distinct.Therefore,higher vocational college should enlarge defense investment of psychological illness,train the faculty,improve college culture construction and form good communication mode.
