山野菜作为天然食品,因其特有的营养成分及药用价值备受关注。苦菜、蒲公英、大蓟、荠菜四种人们熟悉的山野菜的营养价值及药用功效最易被大众接受,可进一步合理开发利用。
As a natural food,potherb draws lots of attention because of its nutritional and medicinal value.This article selects four kinds of potherbs of sowthistle,dandelion,thistle and shepherd's purse,the nutritional and medicinal effects of whom are widely known and accepted by people.Further rational development and utilization of wild vegetable resources can also be researched.
