摘要
建设项目工程造价是直接关系到投资效益实现的工程指标,工程造价全过程控制意义重大。我国应该密切关注和研究先进国家在造价管理发展中的新动向、新理论、新方法,并依据国情,在我国的造价管理中加以改进、运用;政府建设主管部门应建立长期有效的市场反馈机制,对建筑市场实行及时有效的监控;各工程建设参与方应积极加入到造价管理改革中去。
The construction project construction cost is directly related to the investment benefit of engineering index,whole process engineering cost control is of great significance.We should pay close attention to the new trend and theories of project cost management in developed contries and improve and apply them according to current situation in China.Longstanding and effective marketing feedback mechanism should be established and architecture market should be inspected promtly.
