摘要 型煤热水锅炉的能耗损失主要包括6个方面:型煤热水锅炉的有效热、排烟热损失、气体不完全燃烧热损失、机械不完全燃烧热损失、散热损失、排渣显热损失。提高型煤热水锅炉热效率的途径有合理设计受热面、优化燃烧室的设计、严格准确设计烟道阻力和烟囱抽力、控制热水锅炉的失水率、降低泄漏热损失、尽可能使型煤热水锅炉连续运行、加强节能科普宣传。 The energy loss of coal briquette hot water boiler mainly includes six aspects: coal briquette hot water boiler effective heat, heat loss of exhaust gas, heat loss caused by gas incomplete combustion, heat loss caused by mechanical incomplete combustion, heat dissipation loss, and slag discharging heat loss. To improve thermal efficiency of coal briquette hot water boiler has following ways: to design reasonable heating surface, optimize the design of combustion chamber, accurately design the resistance of flue and chimney pulling force, control water loss rate of hot water boiler, reduce the loss of heat leakage, as far as possible to make coal briquette hot water boiler doing continuous operation, and strengthen energy conservation science propaganda.
